sitaare jo damakate hai.n
kisii kii chashm-e-hairaa.N me.n
mulaaqaate.n jo hotii hai.n
jamaal-e-abr-o-baaraa.N me.n

ye na abaad vaqto.n me.n
dil-e-naashaad me.n hogii
muhabbat ab nahii.n hogii
ye kuchh din baad me.n hogii

guzar jaaye.nge jab ye din
ye un kii yaad me.n hogii
